You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems, perform turnover work, and respond to resident requests with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of property maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and handyman skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in property management maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Handyman skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, water systems, painting, and more.
• Complete service requests and repairs safely and promptly.
• Turn-key work to prepare vacant apartments for rent.
• Respond to resident requests and maintain excellent service standards.
• Assist with emergencies and promote safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company standards.
• Possibly drive company vehicle to various locations as needed.
• May supervise outside vendors or contractors.
• Occasional weekend work for events or emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
