Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of residential/apartment maintenance experience.
• General residential maintenance skills including A/C, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general maintenance of the property's interior and exterior.
• Complete work orders promptly, including on-call requests.
• Demonstrate ability to resolve maintenance issues to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain inventory to ensure materials, supplies, and equipment are on-site.
• Inspect and test machinery and maintenance equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment; report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
