Job summary
Pedcor Homes is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for The Westcott Apartments in Tallahassee, FL. The role involves hands-on maintenance, completing service requests, and supporting larger property improvement projects to ensure high-quality resident living.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, strong teamwork, and a flexible schedule including some holidays. HVAC and CPO certifications are preferred and will be valued in this on-site position.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work occasional holidays as needed.
- HVAC certification preferred.
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete service requests efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with apartment punch work.
- Complete general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction repairs.
- Assist with larger property improvement projects.
