1st Lake Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician at The Lakes of Chateau Estates North in Kenner, LA. The role covers electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, and making-readies to keep our community safe and comfortable.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Plumbing, appliances and general apartment maintenance skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform physical maintenance tasks.
• Reliable transportation with your own basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective repair solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Keep records of maintenance work and service requests.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and deliver great service.
