Job summary

Mgproperties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Gresham, OR property. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, focusing on customer service.

Duties include cleaning, maintenance requests, repairs, and working on-call. Compensation offers competitive hourly rates, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, PTO, and 401K.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance, preferably on a 200 unit property.
• Ability to handle plumbing, electrical, a/c repairs.
• Customer service attitude with flexibility to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Perform painting and apartment turnovers.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at our beautiful property located in Gresham, OR!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $24-$25/hour DOE
