The Westover Companies is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Newark, DE apartment community. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on units and common areas, diagnose HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues, and collaborate with leasing and maintenance staff to deliver reliable resident service.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong hand-tool skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work on-call and manage work orders efficiently.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate safe use of standard hand and power tools.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, service requests, turnovers and preventive maintenance.
