Westover Companies is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple Delaware properties. This role requires hands-on maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs, with tasks rotating between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with routine maintenance tasks across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and handle repairs.
• Willingness to work on-call and travel between properties as needed.
• Valid driver's license with dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, service requests, turnovers, and preventative maintenance at units and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Share on-call responsibilities and coordinate with leasing and maintenance staff.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and update maintenance logs.
• Attend in-house training and maintain property records.
