WPM Real Estate Management is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Tech for Perkins Place in Belcamp, MD. You will respond to work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in, thriving in a team or independent setting.

Strong customer service and skilled trades experience are preferred. Position includes schedule from Monday to Friday with after-hours on-call, starting at $24/hour plus a phone allowance and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of site maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be available for on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance work orders and perform repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance as directed.
• Prepare units for move-in and maintain common areas.
• Paint, repair, and maintain appliances and fixtures.
• Assist with snow removal and on-call rotations.
