Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Twin Ridge Apartments in Baltimore, MD. You will respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in.

The ideal candidate can work independently or with a team, delivering strong customer service with prior residential maintenance experience. HVAC certification is a plus; salary starts at $26.00+ hourly with a phone allowance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in residential or property maintenance.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and related components.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs as needed.
• Hang, prep, and sand drywall; paint apartments and common areas.
• Repair and maintain appliances; ensure move-in readiness.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness across the property; assist with snow removal.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Apartment Maintenance Technician- Twin Ridge

WPM Real Estate Management, is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our service team at Twin Ridge Apartments. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to maintenance work orders, performing preventative maintenance as directed, and preparing units for move-in.

We’re looking for someone who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service skills are essential, and prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred.

Service Technician – HVAC Certified a plus!
Location: Baltimore, MD
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting Hourly Rate: $26.00+ (Pay based on experience and certifications)+ Phone allowance

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for responding to maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring apartments are move-in ready. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to uphold our standards of safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems ( HVAC certification required )
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• Hang, prep, and sand drywall
• Repair and maintain appliances

• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the property

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 85 lbs
• Must be available for on-call emergency coverage
