The role covers HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing and electrical repairs, drywall work, painting, and groundskeeping. Candidates should have 3–5 years in residential property maintenance and be available for on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in residential property maintenance.
• Available for on-call emergencies (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform HVAC troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Repair and maintain appliances, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Hang, prep, and sand drywall; paint units and common areas.
• Maintain grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule.
