You will handle work orders, troubleshoot issues, and ensure units are move-in ready. The position offers a Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM schedule, a $22.00/hour pay rate, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience required.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions and repair techniques.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and carpentry.

Position Overview

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the property's appearance, functionality, and overall resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a variety of maintenance tasks, completing work orders efficiently, and assisting with apartment make-readies and unit turns.
