Job summary

MAA Brentwood is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across one or more apartment communities. You will oversee repairs, coordinate staff, and ensure timely responses to service requests while upholding property standards.

Requires 3–5 years of multifamily maintenance, HVAC experience, EPA licenses, and a valid driver's license. You will play a key role in hiring, training, and delivering a high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3–5 years of multifamily property maintenance or related experience.
• HVAC experience is required and EPA Type II or Universal license is required.
• Valid driver's license is required for on-site work and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the maintenance team to repair and maintain property facilities and apartment units.
• Respond promptly and courteously to service requests to meet residents' needs.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing maintenance staff, including painters and landscaping when applicable.
• Maintain property appearance and ensure market-ready apartments meet leasing demand.
