Qualifications

• Experience in apartment, hotel, hospital, or hospitality maintenance.

• EPA or HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support maintenance staff, including scheduling and delegation of work orders.
• Inspect completed maintenance work and ensure quality standards.
• Oversee service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Train and mentor new and existing maintenance team members.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring maintenance staff.
