Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Dayshift hours.
Full Time/Year-Round work. On-call rotation: 1 week every 4 weeks.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, including in multi-family housing
• HVAC or EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Water heater knowledge (electric and gas)
• Drywalling, painting, and carpentry skills
• Knowledge of plumbing, including sweating copper pipes
• Electrical knowledge, including outlets, switches, and fixtures
• Ability to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and disposals
• This is a hands-on supervisor role involving multitasking
• CPO certification strongly preferred
