Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a multi‑family community. You will supervise unit turns, training staff, manage work orders and vendors, and support property operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–4+ years of apartment maintenance supervision, EPA and HVAC certification, and experience with Yardi/OneSite. This on-site role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and potential for temp-to-hire.

Qualifications

• EPA and HVAC certification required.
• Knowledge of Yardi/OneSite and maintenance software.

• Use Yardi, OneSite, or similar software for work orders and P.O.s
• Coordinate vendors and track maintenance budgets
• Ensure property safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs
• Report directly to the Property Manager

Qualifications

• 1-4+ years in apartment maintenance supervision
• EPA and HVAC certification required (CPO or CAMT is a plus)
• Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking
• Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed
• Valid IDs and successful background check required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders, moving appliances, and entering confined spaces.
