Maintenance Supervisor needed!

Join an award-winning company with current openings throughout the Triangle area for certified Maintenance Supervisors.

Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM availability is required.

Qualified applicants would have:

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, paint, and general carpentry skills
• HVAC/CFC and CPO certifications are required
• Reliable transportation
• Daily access to phone/internet
• Basic hand tools
• Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends
• A valid driver's license
• Clean background (NO felonies within the past 10 years; no violent or larceny crimes ever)

Minimum Qualifications: 3 to 5 years' experience in the apartment industry and at least 2 years' experience as a supervisor leading a team.

Candidate must demonstrate leadership abilities and have 3 or more years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, and general carpentry skills.

Compensation ranges from $24 to $25 per hour, based on skill level and qualifications.
