Cahec-Management-Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe, clean, and in good working order. You will handle routine maintenance, repairs, apartment turns, and preventative tasks while responding to resident service requests with efficiency.

Successful candidates will show problem-solving abilities, independence, and strong customer service under changing priorities. Valid driver’s license may be required for site access and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders in a timely manner.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins and inspect the property.
• Complete maintenance tasks and perform preventive maintenance.
• Work with vendors for repairs as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
