Banyan Living, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Royal Oaks community. You will perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in maintenance, strong plumbing/electrical knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset. On-site role with on-call duties, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• 1+ year of maintenance or related experience.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; on-call availability.

Responsabilités

Banyan Living, a trusted provider of luxury apartment living in North Royalton, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Royal Oaks apartment community. This vital role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of property management, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will use your technical skills and expertise to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, conduct repairs, and perform preventative maintenance across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all building systems and equipment.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, ensuring great customer service and satisfaction.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants by ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are performed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities and track supply inventory.
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to address and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.
