Southern Management Companies is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Service Technician (M3) for regular full-time work in New Carrollton, MD. Qualifications

• Three years of experience in maintenance related fields.
• Successful completion of Basic Electric class at SMC internal training facility.
• Completion of other basic maintenance classes and on-the-job training within one year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems.
• Address, follow up and document service requests; maintain supplies; perform preventive maintenance.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure safety and quality standards.
