• Seven years of experience in maintenance-related fields.
• Completion of all basic maintenance classes and on-the-job training within one year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and more.
• Address, follow up and document service requests.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools as directed.
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
• Ensure work and documentation meet internal quality control standards.
