Job summary

WPM is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech to join the Lofts at Yard 56 service team in Baltimore, MD. The role requires handling maintenance work orders, preventative tasks, and unit prep for move-ins, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in residential maintenance, a valid driver’s license and vehicle for on-site use, and currant HVAC certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle and travel required.
• Ability to work on ladders and reach heights up to 85’.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance work orders and perform preventative maintenance.
• Prepare units for move-in for new residents.
• Assist with snow removal and maintain safety on the grounds.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
