Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management in Baltimore's Mount Vernon area is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join the maintenance team. You will respond to work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for new residents.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of residential property maintenance, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. On-call availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property maintenance (3–5 years).
• On-call emergencies (nights, weekends, holidays) availability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and lifting up to 85 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance work orders promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as directed.
• Prepare apartments for move-in and inspections.
• Repair and maintain appliances, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Hang, prep, and sand drywall; paint units as needed.
• Assist with snow removal; maintain safety and cleanliness.
