Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring and handyman-related skills.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers and exterior drains.
• Replacing carpets and wooden floors.
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs and switches.
• Installing appliances.
• Drywall repairs and painting.
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors in communal areas.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
