Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of carpentry, plumbing and electrical repair experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Apartment Maintenance Manager role for multifamily community.
• EPA Certification required.
• CPO Certification required.
• Impeccable record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Physical agility and mobility.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
• Must have and maintain a reliable set of tools.
