Job summary

HHHunt is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Manager for Abberly Royal Creek. You will lead the maintenance team, perform repairs, and ensure grounds and office spaces are guest-ready to wow residents daily.

The role demands 5 years in carpentry/plumbing/electrical work, 2 years in a multifamily setting, EPA and CPO certifications, and a valid driver's license. Expect a competitive hourly range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair experience.
Minimum 2 years' experience in an Apartment Maintenance Manager role for multifamily community.
EPA Certification required.
CPO Certification required.
Impeccable record-keeping and reporting skills.
Physical agility and mobility.
Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
