Job summary

Maryland Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance staff activities, handle tickets across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry, and ensure timely apartment turnover. You will coordinate with the Community Manager and Regional Property Manager and participate in after-hours on-call rotations.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, HVAC (EPA 608) certification, a reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license, and ownership of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee daily maintenance staff activities.
• Complete maintenance tickets spanning HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and Regional Property Manager.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Manage snow/ice removal and apartment turnover inspections.
• Maintain organized shop and ensure timely contractor work.
