Responsibilities

• Market properties and respond to inquiries from potential renters.
• Lease, show, and tour units to prospective residents.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
• Inspect and prepare show units and vacated/model areas for prospective tenants.
• Log and respond to emails, voicemails, and texts in the property software.
• Assist with daily property inspections and notices as needed.
