Aufgaben

• Marketing, administrative, and financial operations of the property under the Community Manager.
• Tour prospects through units and amenity areas.
• Process lease applications and prepare contracts.
• Log prospect information into Property Management software.
• Respond to emails, voicemails, and texts promptly.
• Stay updated on promotions and leasing incentives.
• Assist with Move Out Vacant Inspection Checklist (MOVIC).
• Post notices to vacate and handle community communications.
• Assist with daily community inspections and other duties as assigned.
