Rochester’s Cornerstone Group, Ltd. is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent in Buffalo, NY area. The role focuses on leasing apartments, delivering exceptional resident service, and assisting the Community Manager with supervision and administrative duties.

The candidate will promote the company’s mission, values, and culture while upholding ethical standards. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required; prior property management or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills required.
• Must be able to navigate the Internet and use Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma required.
• Affordable Housing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leasing units and providing exceptional customer service to residents.
• Manage communications with residents and administrative tasks.
• Collect rent, process statements, post payments, and deposits.
• Create application packets and enter applicants into the system.
• Assist with Recertification Interviews.
• Maintain an organized workspace and positive environment for staff and residents.
• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents and process rental applications.
• Conduct new resident orientation and move‑in/move‑out inspections.
