Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• Proven ability to set and achieve goals within a sales process.
• Strong customer service skills and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily leasing activities to meet occupancy and rent growth goals.
• Answer inquiries via phone, internet, or in person and follow up with prospects.
• Show apartments and tours; ensure move-in readiness and professional presentation.
• Process leasing paperwork and maintain accurate data records.
• Follow up with prospects within 24–48 hours and maintain rapport with residents.
