TMG is seeking a Leasing Consultant in the Riverside, Ohio area. You will drive occupancy and rent growth by building rapport with prospects and residents, and report to the Property Manager. You will handle lease documentation, move-ins, and renewals while delivering excellent customer service.

Key duties include qualifying prospects, showing apartments, and coordinating with maintenance for service requests. Travel for trainings and events is required, and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Related work experience is a plus.
• MS Word and email proficiency; strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
