Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of apartment leasing experience, familiarity with Yardi is a plus, and bilingual

Qualifications

• 1+ years of apartment leasing experience.
• Experience with Yardi property management software is a plus.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Positive, friendly attitude with excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with prospects, co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff.

Responsibilities

• Stand and greet everyone who enters the office.
• Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call professionally.
• Welcome prospects to the property, understand their needs, build rapport and present the community as the ideal solution.
• Uncover and counter objections and close the sale.
• Inspect tour route, amenities, models and vacancies daily for readiness.
• Acquire knowledge of the property, local competitors and neighborhood.
• Review lease applications and assist with verification and notify prospective residents of results.
