Tarantino-Properties, Inc. is seeking a lively Leasing Consultant for Ivy Plains at Brooks Apartments to help prospective residents find their next home and deliver an exceptional resident experience. You will conduct tours, process applications, follow-ups, and maintain accurate resident records using OneSite or Knock. Weekend availability is required; Spanish speaking is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous leasing or property management experience required.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities
