This position requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and strong communication. The Leasing Consultant will use OneSite for records, with an hourly base pay plus commission per lease and a comprehensive

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups.
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports.
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks.
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed.

Tuscany Park Apartments is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects while maintaining strong organizational and administrative support within the leasing office. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism at all times.

This position offers an Hourly Base pay + Commission pay ($250 per lease)

Responsibilities
