Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Professional in Texas to support diverse communities. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and a passion for delivering exceptional service to residents.

You will conduct property tours, guide applicants through leasing, process documents, handle deposits and rent payments, and maintain leasing records using Yardi, OneSite, or similar software. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of apartment leasing experience or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws preferred.
• Experience with leasing software (Yardi, OneSite or similar).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to tour property, including stairs and outdoor areas.
• Weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals fluent in English and Spanish who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and building positive resident relationships.

Job Duties

• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
• Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment leasing
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to tour the property, including stairs and outdoor areas
• Availability to work weekends as needed
