Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Outstanding people/customer service skills.
• Superior communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
• Computer proficiency.
• Must be able to pass a drug test & background screen.

Responsibilities

• All tasks including leasing, as assigned by the property manager, including, but not limited to rent collection, customer service, move in procedures and inspecting units.
