Southwood Realty Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist residents and prospective residents, providing outstanding customer service and guiding applicants through the leasing process in a North Carolina community.

The role includes showing apartments, processing applications, collecting deposits, and coordinating move-in procedures while maintaining resident files. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Outstanding people/customer service skills.
• Superior communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
• Computer proficiency.
• Must be able to pass a drug test & background screen.

Job Description

Job Functions

Assist residents and prospective residents and provide excellent customer service

Follow up on all prospects in a timely manner

Have prospect complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements

Show and lease all apartments and mini-models

Inspect vacant apartments

Prepare and review lease packages and conduct lease signing and move in procedures

Maintain current resident files.

Have a complete knowledge of the computer system and all other duties that may be assigned to them.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
