Monarch is hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant for Indian Springs Apartments in South Bend, IN. This full-time, on-site role focuses on customer service and sales to prospective residents, guiding tours and handling leasing inquiries.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 10am-4pm with a midweek comp day off. Competitive pay with commission potential and a suite of benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Today we are looking for an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team at Indian Springs Apartments in South Bend, IN. This market rate community consists of 568 total units and offers incredible commission potential!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturdays 10am-4pm with a midweek comp day off.

Full Time/Year Round work with an awesome company!

• $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
