Job summary

Monarch is hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant for Harmony Lakes in Muskegon, MI. This full-time, on-site role offers a strong commission structure with earnings potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

You’ll manage leasing activity, interact with prospective tenants, and support the property management team in a fast-paced community. Ideal candidates bring customer-service-or-sales experience, with a path toward internal advancement.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a fun, energetic, customer-service and/or sales-oriented individual.
• Transition from hospitality, retail, real estate, or sales into a long-term property management career.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments at Harmony Lakes Apartments in Muskegon, MI.
• Earn commissions on rentals and renewals; potential to add roughly $20,000/year.
• Schedule Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; no weekends required.

Today we are looking for anApartment Leasing Consultantto join our team at our newest acquisition Harmony Lakes Apartments in Muskegon, Michigan. This gorgeous market rate community consists of 217 total units and offers incredible commission potential. All rental and renewal commissions are yours!
