Pay

$15 to $16 an hour plus commissions ($75 per move-in), depending on experience. Great commissions are possible with 380 apartments!

Schedule Options

M-F 8-6 and rotating Saturdays 10-2

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process by identifying and addressing the needs of potential residents
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Understand pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings during tours
• Assist with outreach marketing and resident events using your creativity
