What You’ll Do
As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the face of AMLI, helping prospective residents find their perfect home while supporting leasing efforts at multiple properties. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Leasing & Sales – Guide prospective residents through property tours, answer questions, and help them find the right apartment.
Prospect Engagement – Greet and qualify leads, follow up via phone and email, and market to potential residents through social media and networking.
Administrative Support – Process leases, applications, and other required documentation efficiently and accurately.
Resident Relations & Events – Assist with resident retention efforts, plan community events, and respond to resident inquiries and service requests.
Marketing & Outreach – Maintain relationships with local businesses and apartment locator services, and regularly shop competitors to stay ahead of market trends.
Community Presentation – Ensure office, amenity areas, model apartments, and common spaces are clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
High school diploma or GED required (college degree is a plus).
Strong communication & customer service skills – You enjoy connecting with people and helping them find solutions.
Saturday availability required (we’re closed Sundays!).
Tech-savvy & marketing-minded – Comfort with social media and leasing technology is a plus.
