Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to residents to exceed their expectations and maintain resident retention.
• Complete lease applications, assist with verification, and notify prospective residents of results.
• Create a friendly and professional office environment through exemplary customer service.
• Inspect tour paths, amenities, models, and community for quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively as a team to overcome obstacles.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of leasing experience in Conventional Apartment or Student Housing preferred.
• Outgoing personality with enthusiasm for marketing, leasing, and sales.
• Knowledge of online social media platforms.
• Ability to convert calls to appointments and appointments to leases.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for serving residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Law.
• Valid driver's license or access to reliable transportation.
