Adara Communities is hiring an Apartment Leasing Agent in Humble, TX. You will greet, qualify, and close prospects while leasing apartments to maintain high occupancy.

You will verify applications and handle leasing paperwork with precision, while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospects. The role requires 2+ years of leasing experience, strong sales and communication skills, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED).
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and professional appearance.
• Weekend availability is REQUIRED.
• Stable work history and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong performance.
• Verify applications and process leasing paperwork accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic through outreach and community engagement.
• Host resident events and maintain positive resident relations.
• Manage property's social media to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the Property Manager with daily tasks.

What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Agent:

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement
• Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement
• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor

What We're Looking For in the Apartment Leasing Agent:

To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

• Minimum 2+Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
• Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
