We have a Leasing Agent position at our Management Support property with [408] apartment units.

We are seeking applicants confident in their sales skills and personality to achieve high productivity. We can train those with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience at other management companies. Compensation depends on experience and performance.

Our hourly pay rate is $18 - $20 plus leasing bonus. The full-time schedule is 40 hours, including 1 or 2 weekend days, with occasional rotation upon request. Some holidays are included in the rotating schedule, with another paid day off during the same payroll period.
