Job summary

Adara Communities seeks an energetic Apartment Leasing Agent for its Avenues at Creekside property. This role requires strong sales skills, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage leasing processes end-to-end.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year leasing experience, a professional appearance, and a flexible weekend schedule. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and relocation within 20 miles of the property is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED).
• Strong sales and leasing skills with proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and polished, professional appearance.
• Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED.
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred.
• Stable work history.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.

What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Agent:

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:
