City View at Highlands Apartments in Lombard, IL seeks a Dynamic Leasing Professional to lease a 400-unit community. Hayman Company is the property owner and provides the leadership for this role.

This position is the face of the company and property, handling prospects and residents with a focus on a positive experience. Weekend work is required, and you will build relationships with prospective residents, tour apartments, close deals, and manage applications and renewals while supporting

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience is required; experience within the apartment industry is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications and high professionalism.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of resident needs and recommend best-fit apartments.
• Ensure curb appeal and show ready model apartments each morning.
• Follow up on internet and phone leads to set appointments.
• Tour, close prospects, and process applications and lease packages.
• Conduct move-in orientations and ensure move-in requirements are met.
• Assist with marketing and social media for the community.

Job description

We are seeking a Dynamic Super Sales Star to lease apartments at our 400-unit community in Lombard, City View at the Highlands Apartments. The Leasing professional is the face of our company and property, often the first point of contact for prospective residents. This position allows you to build relationships with prospective residents and show them why they should select our property as their home. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and to provide a positive customer experience.

Applicants required to work weekends.

Responsibilities include:

• Gain an understanding of potential resident needs and provide information as to which of our apartments best fit those needs.
• Check curb appeal and apartments each morning to ensure we are ready to tour and demonstrate our product offerings to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow-up on prospect internet and phone leads to try to set appointments
• Tour and close the prospect
• Process applications, preparation of lease packages & renewals
• Conduct move-in orientation and ensure all move-in requirements are met to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Marketing and Social Media management for the community
• Great Salary PLUS Commission

Qualifications:

• Previous sales and customer service experience is required; experience within the apartment industry is required
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and have a high-level professionalism
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work well in a team setting
• Previous knowledge of Yardi property management software is preferred.
