Job Overview

We seek applicants confident in their sales skills and personality to achieve high productivity. We can train those with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience at other management companies. Compensation depends on experience and performance.

Compensation & Schedule

Hourly pay: $18 - $20 + leasing bonus.

Full-time: 40 hours/week, including 1-2 weekend days (rotated). Some holidays are included with a paid day off.

Responsibilities & Skills

• High school diploma or GED; English writing skills.
• Higher education is a plus.
• Handle phone inquiries demonstrating property knowledge.
• Manage appointments and calendar.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Good communication skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Climb 3 flights of stairs if no elevator.
