Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable Apartment HVAC Maintenance Technician to repair, service, and maintain HVAC systems across apartment units. The role includes plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and unit make-readies to ensure ready-to-occupy units.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC systems, preparing units for new residents, and completing work orders efficiently. Candidates must have EPA Universal Certification, at least 1 year of experience, and own

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification (Required - no exceptions).
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or property management.
• Your own tools and HVAC gauges.
• Strong skills in HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and unit make-ready/punch work.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in occupied and vacant units.
• Prepare units for new residents (make-readies/punch process).
• Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Repair major appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers.
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Maintain community curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Assist with renovation or property upgrade projects as needed.
