You will handle service requests, maintain vacant units, and ensure high standards of resident satisfaction. The position requires HVAC/EPA experience, general maintenance knowledge, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA experience required;Certification is a plus.
• General knowledge of maintenance repair and service.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders.
• Willing to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete service tickets and log all work orders.
• Manage vacant apartments, preparing them for leasing and ensuring readiness for new residents.
• Maintain grounds free of debris and trash.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform repairs, installations, services, and replacements to meet industry standards.
