Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking an experienced Apartment Service Technician to join Union Flats, our service team. You will respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in.

The role emphasizes teamwork and individual initiative with excellent customer service requirements. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in site maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on ladders and at heights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in site maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
• Able to work on ladders and reach heights up to 85 ft.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance repair requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance as directed.
• Prepare units for move-in for new residents.
• HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Hanging, prepping, and sanding drywall.
• Electrical repairs as needed.
• Upkeep and repair of appliances.
• Painting common areas and apartments.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety on the property grounds.
• Assisting with snow removal.
• Rotating on-call schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
